Driving with Kickback

  • On the driver sign-up page (click here) you will find directions on how to apply.

    Fill out a simple form, upload the required documents, read all the details, and get ready to drive.

    One of our team members will reach out to you to finish the sign-up process and get you logged into our system.

  • Drivers are independent contractors paid per order. 100% of the tip and 70% of the delivery fee is paid to you direct deposit once a week. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.

    You will never be asked to pay for an order with your money. We understand other delivery companies may ask this of you, but we only work with partnered restaurants that accept orders from us.

  • Logging in: Log into your driver’s app, and let us know you are ready to drive

    Accepting Orders- Once a dispatcher sends you an order you can accept or deny it. Hit accept and head towards the restaurant.

    Once at the restaurant: Hit At Restaurant. This will signify to dispatch and send a notification to the customer that you have arrived at the restaurant.

    Delivering Order: Leaving the restaurant hit En Route to notify dispatch and the customer. For every customer, call or text them to let them know their order is there.

    If it is a No Contact Delivery leave the delivery in a visible spot, take a photo, and send it to the customer.

    Completing Order: Hit complete, and accept your next order.

Basics

  • You are required to complete the ABC delivery training, and keep a copy of the completion certificate in your car at all times.

    You are required to check the customers physical ID on any age restricted product. If you have any questions after completing the training, we are here to help. Just reach out to dispatch.

  • There is always someone available to help you! Call or text dispatch at 828-585-6903 and/or use your drivers app to talk to the dispatcher on duty.

  • Deliveries are not based on proximity.

    We do not use any AI to send in orders to businesses or drivers. We time out each order based on the restaurant prep time, and driver availability.

    You can deny any order sent to you. Just let the dispatcher know asap.

    Multiple pickup deliveries- the dispatcher will direct you on which to pick up first. Pick both orders then drop both at once to the customer.
