    Having live dispatchers is a huge difference between driving for Kickback vs our competitors. We do not use any AI to place orders, time orders, or communicate with drivers. Experience the difference.

  • Easy Pay

    Drivers are independent contractors. Each order shows the payout before accepting the task. Drivers earn 100% of tips and 70% of the delivery fee. We direct deposit payment each Tuesday.

Driver Requirements

  • Drivers must be 18 and older.

  • Drivers must hold & maintain all state requirements to legally drive in NC. Drivers must maintain and provide their own insurance policies.

  • Drivers are required to have a phone with smart technology. Drivers must download an app with location permissions turned on, run GPS, and have active service. Drivers will need to have a hot bag to ensure food arrives hot and fresh. We can provide Kickback car stickers and gear!
