The service fee is a flat 25%. You set your delivery menu prices to reflect as much or as little of the service fee as you would like. We remit tax to you. We cover credit card processing fees, and send you a detailed report with each payment.

Orders are placed through our website. You can receive the order by phone, tablet, email, toast, or fax.

Payment is remitted with taxes to you via direct deposit bi-weekly.

The Kickback team will build your menu in 24-48 hours. Pictures are preferred, and we are happy to help facilitate populating pictures for your page. We do all the maintenance for your page. Find more information about menu changes and updates below in the FAQs.
